As a Principal & COO of AUALA Holdings, I oversee a portfolio of companies spanning consulting, travel advisory, professional services, and real estate. For AMAN, The Wonderful Company, FIJI Water, JUSTIN Wine, InterContinental, Vail Resorts, and others — I've transformed brands into market leaders, including elevating a declining winery to one of the World's Top 10 Estates. I design emotionally powerful guest experiences, elevate touchpoints, and hold the key to making customers stay longer, spend more, and come back more often.
But I don't do it alone… I aim to lift those around me — connecting an associate's ambition to the organization's goals, ensuring one outcome: everyone leaves the business better off than when they found it. That's the work that matters most to me.
